Typhoon in the Philippines

Dear friends, partners, and churches,

many of you have probably seen it in the news: A powerful typhoon has struck large parts of the Philippines in recent days. We just wanted to let you know that we are doing well.

In our area, there was heavy rain and strong winds, but the situation remained under control. Today the sun is already shining again, and daily life is slowly returning to normal. But in other regions, the situation is very different: there, many people have lost their homes and are literally left with nothing.

Please pray with us for the Philippines—for the affected families, for comfort, hope, and renewed strength during this difficult time. May God’s love and presence be felt, especially by those who have lost everything.
